The Regency Group, Ltd., established in 1992, is a Performance-Based, Executive Search and Recruiting firm whose services cover a variety of industries and positions, as directed by our Client Companies. We primarily provide professional permanent placement services to area clients within the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. These services cover a broad range of associated Manufacturing and Engineering roles associated with Production, Supply Chain, Processes, Products, Quality, Design, Research and Development, Transportation and Logistics, etc. We are also able to provide long-term contract and other consulting services.
The Regency Group, Ltd., is a Nebraska Corporation, based in Omaha, NE, and provides these services to clients primarily in Nebraska and neighboring states (Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, and South Dakota).

Our Staff
Dan J. Barrow, CPC, General Manager since 1992, began in the Executive Search and Recruiting industry in 1987. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of all search and recruiting activities. Dan has earned the CPC professional certification (Certified Personnel Consultant), which is shared by only an estimated 10% of those currently engaged in the industry, and which binds both he and the firm, to an elevated standard of Practice, Code of Ethics, and Accountability. Fees and Practices
All of our fees are paid by the Client Companies. There is never a fee to the candidate.

Directions to Our Offices:
The easiest route is to go to 114th & Dodge and turn SOUTH; heading South on 114th the 1st Stoplight is Davenport Street, TURN RIGHT onto Davenport and go to 115th Street (Stop Sign), TURN LEFT heading South on 115th Street, and then pull into the 2nd driveway on the right into the parking lot. There are 2, two-story beige office buildings, drive between them and park. We are in the EAST building, First Floor, West end.
